I work with sixth forms, colleges and universities to deliver writing workshops for those studying creative subjects. I also lead workshops and seminars for trainee teachers on how to teach creative writing in an educational context. I’ve designed and taught modules at undergradulate level and have also worked with several community groups to deliver workshops for adults (at all levels of experience), two of which resulted in the publication of collaborative books.
Workshops and teaching sessions can stand alone or take place over several weeks. Please contact me for details.

“Daniel has taught on our Workshop programme on a number of occasions around the theme of ‘Stories and why they are important’. He is a skilled and creative communicator, he not only brought the subject alive for everybody but really got people thinking about how central storytelling is across the globe, their power and their influence on culture.”
